  • Bicycles and Kayak's

    We are making an effort to clean up the current racks and identify which bicycles and kayaks belong to current residents and which have been abandoned. Per the amended and restated ACC guidelines of the Association rules and regulations dated April 3rd, 2018, all bicycles and Kayaks must be clearly labeled with the owner’s name and unit number. This is to give notice that any such bicycles and/or kayaks not labeled per the rules, 30 days from the date of this notice, will cause the bicycle and /or kayak to be considered abandoned, removed from the racks, placed in storage and eventually disposed of per the Texas Property code. In order to make this an easier process for you, we are furnishing tags and labels for you to fill out and attach. Contact me at fishman1420@att.net or put a note on my door, Unit 127, advising how many tags needed and I will personally deliver them to your unit. If you are out of town for an extended period and unable to physically label your bike/kayak within the time allowed, notify the ACC with location, color and description and you may reclaim it once you return, providing it’s within the allowable storage period, minimum of one year, by contacting the Architectural Control Committee via the COA website or a member of the Board of Directors.

    An ACC is required for ANY repair, replacement, modification, or change to your Lot or the exterior of your home.

    You will find the ACC form on your community website under Documents / Architectural Documents / ACC Request Form.

  • Pet Rule Amendment and Registration Form

    At a November 2017 meeting of the Board, a unanimous vote to amend rules and regulations regarding pets was passed by the Board. Attached you will find a flyer reflecting the change in the rules. This becomes effective immediately. A recorded copy of the change in the rules and regulations will be mailed to all homeowners and posted to the website once it is made available. Thank you for your cooperation in abiding by these new rules.
