The walkways will be power washed, stained and sealed on each floor in buildings 1 and 2 only. Work will commence on Monday, September 24, 2018 and work hours will be from 8:00a.m.-7:00p.m., Monday through Friday. Work will be done one floor and one building at a time, beginning on the third (3rd) floor of building 1. We anticipate each building will take one (1) week to complete, weather permitting. **The stain will require 4 hours to fully cure, during the curing period all homeowners must stay off of the walkways to avoid leaving footprints or marks. Please ensure you make prior arrangements in preparation of this work so you are able to remain clear of the walkways for 4 hours when staining/sealing of your floor commences.** The contractor will work from one end of the hall down to the other end and will not be able to stop work midway in order to allow residents entry/exit. At a November 2017 meeting of the Board, a unanimous vote to amend rules and regulations regarding pets was passed by the Board. Attached you will find a flyer reflecting the change in the rules. This becomes effective immediately. A recorded copy of the change in the rules and regulations will be mailed to all homeowners and posted to the website once it is made available. Thank you for your cooperation in abiding by these new rules.
